Gregga Baxter
Director Gregga has been with the Falcon Private Equity for over 20 years. He was a founding member of the firm's investment banking practice in London and during his time there completed many notable firsts: the firm's first cross border debt private placement. first equity private placement; first public equity offering and first private equity fund. Gregga moved to New York in 1989. Notable companies with which Gregga has been involved as an investor include Affiliated Computer Services (NYSE:ACS); Dataplex (acquired); AdvaCare Inc. (IPO and subsequently acquired); Tidel Engineering Inc (Nasdaq: ATMS); Graham Engineering (recapitalization and subsequently acquired); Peter Piper Pizza (acquired). Industries in which he has been involved range from pistachio farming through to multinational oil and gas operations. Gregga sits on the boards of both Anystream, Inc. and Beringea, Ltd. Gregga also represents the firm on the boards of eMotion, Inc., Visual Insights, Inc. and White Rock, Inc. Gregga started his career in finance at JP Morgan. He was educated at Oxford University and holds a B.A. Hons and MA in Modern History. |
