Steve Hyndman Director  Steve Hyndman is CEO of Altec Management, Inc., a management advisory firm serving entrepreneurs and investors in matters related to private equity, fund-raising, and international business expansion. He was a founding general partner of Prospero Ventures, L.P., and has been actively involved in several early-stage companies. Among other things, Mr. Hyndman served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of AudioBasket until its merger with eMotion in November 2001. Prior to founding Prospero Ventures, from 1992 to 1997 Mr. Hyndman served as Chief Financial Officer of ASCII of America, where he was responsible for strategic investments and business development for ASCII Corporation of Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Hyndman’s previous experience includes a variety of financial, operational, and strategic roles with Networked Pictures Systems, Intercept Microelectronics, Matra Design Systems, Sentry Schlumberger, and Fairchild Semiconductor. Mr. Hyndman received a B.S. Commerce cum laude from the University of Santa Clara, including international business studies at the Instituto de Estudios Europeos in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Hyndman also holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University. |
