With MediaPartner 4.1, eMotion offers enhanced project workflow, collaboration and integration capabilities for added benefits to produce high return on investment. New Collaboration Capabilities
eMotion's patented annotation tools have been expanded to include
a customisable drawing tool called 'Outline.' With this tool, you
can hide or show annotations by user, by date or by time for ease
of online collaboration. The eMotion Viewer™ now handles MPEG-1
and MPEG-2 video files with SMPTE time codes.
Workflow Innovations
A customisable brand management project workflow enables users to
assign specific, definable phases to each project, with a timeline
that can be easily manipulated to reflect potential changes in the
project's progress. Email reminders are automatically sent to all
members of a project group when the various stages are due. In addition,
MediaPartner 4.1 provides the ability to create sub-projects or
a nested hierarchy within a master project.
IPTC Tag Support
MediaPartner 4.1 now imports industry standard IPTC header codes
along with TIFF, JPEG and Adobe Photoshop® image files. MediaPartner
stores the headers as metadata, thus
enabling users to search on this information and, with the correct
permissions, alter the details before sending the file to their
customers or suppliers.
Virage VideoLogger® 5.0 Integration
Users can intelligently catalogue video files and work in conjunction
with Avid nonlinear editing systems through enhanced integration
with the Virage VideoLogger and MediaPartner 4.1.
