eMotion, Inc. Delivers Industry's First Complete Family of Solutions for Digital Media Management
ArchivePartner and CreativePartner®, Two New Out-of-the-Box Solutions from eMotion to Launch at NAB 2002
VIENNA, VA, March 28, 2002 eMotion Inc., the global leader of digital media management solutions announced today that the company will deliver two new out-of-the-box products at the 2002 National Association of Broadcasters exhibition - ArchivePartner and CreativePartner both designed to complement the company's flagship product, eMotion MediaPartner Enterprise.
The new solutions are based on the same core technology used by eMotion's current customers, however the two new products make available digital media management solutions to a wider audience, enabling organizations that do not require a complete end-to-end enterprise solution to benefit from digitizing and better managing their assets. These solutions are highly scalable providing clients the reassurance that their investment in a digital media management solution will grow with the changing needs of their business.
"It is clear that Digital Media Management has very different requirements between industries and even within divisions of organizations," said Richard Fisher, CEO of eMotion. "eMotion's goal is to continue to provide best of breed solutions to quickly deliver a real, measurable ROI for our clients. By creating the industries first complete family of solutions, from entry level to enterprise, we are positioned to fulfill that mission."
ArchivePartner is an entry-level solution for organizations
looking to store and retrieve digital assets. The solution is completely
web-based, incorporating eMotion's powerful natural language search
engine as well as keyword and Boolean search to enable the retrieval
of the desired assets in seconds. Master files and low-resolution
proxy assets (thumbnails) can be delivered at click speed directly
to a desktop, greatly reducing searching, shipping and delivery
costs. Powerful rights management functionality protects expensive
to produce assets from unauthorized use, making ArchivePartner ideal
for e-commerce applications and large corporations with inter-departmental
charge backs.
CreativePartner is a solution that adds collaborative design and development capabilities to ArchivePartner functionality. The solution is designed for companies looking to increase efficiency in their creative development process by allowing the storage, retrieval, collaboration on and coordination of all aspects of their creative projects regardless of geography or volume of work. Members of a particular project group can utilize an array of collaborative and annotative tools to discuss and implement changes online. CreativePartner notifies team members of important deadlines and due dates. As with ArchivePartner, eMotion's CreativePartner enables users to search archives to find existing assets either for re-use or as thought starters for new projects. Used as a brand management solution, CreativePartner provides an ideal means of improving productivity, streamlining workflow and enhancing collaboration.
Combined with eMotion's proven end-to-end enterprise solution,
MediaPartner Enterprise, the new products deliver a complete
family of media management solutions that address specific business
needs, regardless of a company's size or industry. Companies currently
benefiting from eMotion's solutions include ABC Television Network,
Asahi Broadcasting Corporation, Coors International, Conservation
International, Discovery Communications, Fox Kids Europe, Guinness
UDV and Lowe Lintas & Partners Worldwide.
